About this course
This Safety Officer course is developed specifically for individuals that assist companies to manage compliance with South African legislation. Anyone interested in entering a career in the Occupational Health and Safety industry should complete this course. On successful completion of this course candidates may register for Technical Membership (TechSaiosh) with the South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH) SAQA recognized professional body for Occupational Health and Safety in South Africa. How it works
Bloem Safety Officer is an eLearning (online) course that is done via correspondence. This enables students to study in their own time. Upon registration students will receive an email within 48 hours with a unique student number and student invoice. Within five working days from receipt of payment, course material will be sent to the students’ registered email address in PDF format.
Prerequisites
There are no pre-requisites, these are already included in the course.
Assessment
Theory based assessment – written assessment to be done online at the end of the course.
Course Duration
Student have a maximum of 4 months to complete the course. There is no minimum time to complete the course. Hence once you are ready to write you may complete the exam.
Course Cost
Pre-registration open until 31st December 2020 at 15% discount for R7 373.75.
Course cost as of 1st January 2021 will be R8 675.
This is an all inclusive, once-off cost inclusive of training material, 24/7 tutor assistance, course certificate and 15% VAT.
Payment Plan
Payment plans are available as follows;
Deposit upon registration of R2 000. Balance of course over 3 installments.
Note, course certificate will only be issued if course fees have been paid in full.
