First Aid Level 1 

A short description of your The First Aid Level 1 training course complies with the requirements for the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Corporate employees will find the Level 1 First Aid training course ideal for assisting them with the management of every day first aid emergencies in their workplace. Great emphasis is put on practicing the skills of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to enable employees to respond successfully to emergencies. The basic principles of First Aid, bandaging, and splinting skills are also practiced. The First Aid Level 1 training course meets the Department of Labour standards and guidelines as stipulated in the OSH act.

First Aid Level

The First Aid Level 2 training course is an intermediate course. As Level 2 First Aid is not a requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, it is ideal for any person who is enthusiastic to know more about cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other lifesaving skills and techniques to be used in an emergency. Any person participating in this first aid training course will be able to render safe and effective first aid in a medical, injury or environmental emergency. This first aid training course provides a lot of hands-on practice in the skills of CPR, safe use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), splinting, bandaging and managing bleeding.

First Aid Level 3

First Aid Level 3 is a comprehensive first aid training course. All first aid topics are covered in the Level 3 First Aid training course. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the correct use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) are essential skills emphasized to save a person’s life in a medical emergency. This is the ideal first aid training course for persons in hazardous working environments or living in areas where medical care is not readily accessible. Combined course:

First Aid Level 2: 

This is an upgrade on a Level 1 First aid course where a student has a valid Level 1 certificate. 

Its a intermediate training course that covers the essentials of first aid in more detail. The extra theoretical and practical training enables students to improve their care of an injured person as well as cover topics that are not covered fully in level 1

First Aid level 1&2 Combined: 

It is possible to combine Level 1 and 2. This 3 day course covers all the Chapters of First aid Level 1 more in detail. Also focusing on Environmental Emergencies and  Medical conditions.

First Aid level 3: 

This comprehensive course covers all first aid topics. It is excellent for people that are exposed to dangerous and hazardous environments or that are more than a few hours from their nearest hospital. This Course is a baseline recommended for anyone wishing to become a paramedic

Family and Friends CPR:

This is an ideal Course for laypersons to attend with no prior medical knowledge who want to learn life saving rescue skills for their loved ones.

This course is an attendance only course and is not accredited as a First Aid course by the Department of Labour.

The First Aid For Children course:

Is intended primarily for those who are expected to provide CPR and First Aid directly to children.

After completing this Awareness course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.

This course is an attendance only course and is not accredited as a First Aid Course by the Department of Labour.
